Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care by performing thorough patient assessments, vital sign monitoring, and physical examinations.
• Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions and medication management following established protocols.
• Coordinate patient care plans through case management, discharge planning, and working with interdisciplinary teams across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations including specimen collection/processing and laboratory testing to inform treatment decisions.
• Manage emergency situations utilizing critical care skills such as airway management, ventilator support, trauma response, and acute pain management.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain meticulous medical documentation to uphold privacy standards.Qualifications
• Valid RN license in good standing with current state requirements.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
• Hands-on experience with IV insertion/infusion therapy, phlebotomy, aseptic technique, and specimen collection/processing.
• Ability to perform physical examinations and assessments confidently while demonstrating excellent patient care skills.
