Commercial Property Management Assistant
The Commercial Property Management Assistant will provide support to Everest Commercial Services' property management team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the property management team.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain tenant and property files.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and monitor work order completion.
- Schedule property inspections, meetings, and vendor appointments.
- Maintain accurate records in property management software.
- Track vendor contracts and ensure required insurance is current and compliant.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and property management agreements.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in commercial real estate or property management.
- Experience with property management software (Yardi preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of commercial leases and lease administration.
