Introduction:
This position is for a Project Manager with at least 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, specifically in the local New Jersey market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate commercial mortgage lending, agile project management methodologies, and software development. They will be responsible for managing development projects and leading digital transformations within the real estate domain.
Responsibilities:
- Project management and leadership for managing projects and teams
- Directly engage with Real Estate Business users and IT stakeholders
- Effective communication with team members and management
- Analyze and solve problems that occur during project completion
- Organize and manage project timelines and budgets
- Resource planning and task scheduling
- Interact with 3rd party vendors
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- At least 10 years of project management or business analyst experience
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and software development
- Ability to simulate customer activities and act as the voice of the customer
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Excel, JIRA, Clarity PPM/Field Glass, ServiceNow
- Real Estate Commercial Mortgage Lending experience
Preferred Skills:
- 5 years of Digital Transformations experience in the real estate domain
