- Upsell products and promote store promotions or product demos to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support store operations through basic math calculations for transactions, refunds, or discounts
Qualifications
