Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Arlington, VA, for Home Health Aides and Nurses. In this position, you will provide compassionate care to clients, assist with activities of daily living, support patients with personal care needs, and communicate effectively with clients and their families. The role focuses on enabling clients to maintain their dignity and independence in a home environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Home Care and Patient Care practices
- Experience assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Personal Care tasks
- Strong Communication skills for coordinating with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate and dependable with a commitment to providing high-quality care
- Applicable certifications or training in caregiving, nursing, or healthcare fields
- Knowledge of senior and/or pediatric care is beneficial but not required
