Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Waterproofing Construction Driver to join our dynamic team, specializing in interior and exterior waterproofing projects. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting materials, tools, and equipment to various construction sites while supporting waterproofing installation and repair activities. Duties

• Safely operate trucks and heavy equipment to deliver waterproofing materials, tools, and supplies to job sites, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials such as caulking, membrane systems, sealants, and other waterproofing products using hand tools and power tools.
• Support interior and exterior waterproofing installation tasks by preparing surfaces, applying sealants, caulking, or membrane systems as directed by project supervisors.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project requirements and site layouts for efficient delivery and installation.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and vehicles to ensure proper functioning; perform basic maintenance or report issues promptly.
• Collaborate with construction teams on-site to coordinate material delivery schedules and assist with setup or cleanup activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, inspections, and work performed; ensure compliance with safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating trucks or heavy equipment within a construction environment; familiarity with construction site safety protocols.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction plans related to waterproofing projects.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, roofing materials, concrete forming, masonry, or related trades preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately; basic understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, or restoration work is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently on busy job sites.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and site managers.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam is a plus; experience in construction estimating or inspection is beneficial. Pay: $600.00 - $900.00 per week
