Structured Coaching - Six-Figure Potential - No Prior Sales Experience Required
EverDry Waterproofing is a nationally recognized leader in basement waterproofing and foundation solutions, with more than 30 years of proven results. We are expanding our South Bend sales team and are looking for disciplined, coachable professionals who want to build a long-term career in a structured, performance-driven environment.
We have found that our most successful representatives often come from high-discipline backgrounds, including law enforcement, military service, skilled trades, operations, and leadership roles. Some have sales experience, many do not. What they share is coachability, accountability, and comfort having direct conversations with homeowners.

Who This Role Is For
This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who are either:
1) Experienced in sales and highly coachable
You may have sold before, but you are willing to follow a defined process, accept feedback, and refine how you close.
or
2) New to sales but willing to learn and adapt
You are comfortable taking responsibility, asking for the sale, and pushing through difficult conversations in a professional, ethical way.
We are not looking for candidates who have moved frequently between sales roles or rely on personal scripts and shortcuts. Success here comes from mastering a proven system and executing it consistently.
Paid Sales Training Requirement
Selected candidates will attend paid, in-person sales training in Cleveland, Ohio in the coming weeks. This training is a core part of our onboarding process and is where we teach our inspection methodology, presentation framework, and closing process.
Attendance is required.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified, pre-scheduled homeowners. No cold knocking.
- Perform a structured in-home inspection using EverDry’s established process.
- Educate homeowners on water intrusion, foundation issues, and long-term solutions.
- Present clear, professional recommendations and pricing.
- Close in the home using a proven, ethical sales system.
- Follow up and document accurately to ensure smooth project execution.
This role rewards consistency, professionalism, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
Compensation
- Expected first-year earnings: $120,000–$220,000
- No income cap, commission only
- Weekly direct deposit
- Full-time W-2 position
- Not a subcontractor role
