Evercrest Group is growing our team in Las Vegas, NV and is seeking motivated, career-driven individuals to join us as an Assistant Brand Manager.

This role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in brand marketing, customer engagement, campaign execution, and leadership development. As an Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll work directly with customers while supporting marketing initiatives for the brands we represent and learning how successful campaigns are developed, executed, and managed.

What You'll Do

• Support the execution of brand marketing, promotional, and customer engagement campaigns
• Represent client brands professionally during direct, face-to-face customer interactions
• Educate customers on products, services, promotions, and brand offerings
• Help increase brand awareness and support customer acquisition goals
• Build positive customer relationships while delivering a strong brand experience
• Collaborate with team members to understand target audiences and improve outreach strategies
• Assist with tracking campaign performance, customer feedback, and daily goals
• Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing strategy, communication, sales, and leadership
• Take on additional campaign and leadership responsibilities as you gain experience
