Experienced GP Analyst - Private Funds Group

Group Description: PFG provides comprehensive, global advisory services on capital raising for select private fund managers. What is the Position? Evercore seeks to hire an Analyst for its Private Funds Group located in New York City focusing on GP-led transactions.

Primary Responsibilities: GP Advisory Analysts will be generalists and help execute on fundraises for institutional clients across private equity, private credit and infrastructure / real assets. You will be involved throughout the full fundraising process covering pre-mandate fund analysis and due diligence, preparation of marketing materials, development and execution of marketing strategy, interaction with target investors and securing of fund commitments. Specific Qualifications:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
• Strong quantitative skills and acute attention to detail
• Mastery in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and self-motivation and must be able to work independently, across a variety of responsibilities and at a fast pace
• Private equity fundraising experience is not necessary, but candidate must be enthusiastic about the private equity industry and demonstrate a capacity to learn quickly
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and achievement-oriented character
• Candidates with 0-1 years of professional experience preferred

Expected Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
