About the role
We are looking to expand our sales team with a motivated, customer-focused Sales Executive to increase M&E sales & generate monthly recurring clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding use of our product across new titles and workflows. You will leverage your industry relationships and deep knowledge of selling into M&E workflow. You will have a strong sales background with excellent communication skills and ability to triage opportunities.
Primary responsibilities include setting up a sales pipeline via sourcing and lead generation, giving well-informed product demos, and negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
This position will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with the Sales team. As this position is remote, you must be a good communicator & able to produce results with minimal supervision.
The work you’ll do
- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with Evercast’s go-to-market (GTM) model to achieve company growth and revenue objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams—including product, marketing, and customer success—to develop customer-centric solutions for media and entertainment professionals.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement to contract negotiation, product delivery, and ongoing client relationship management.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding Evercast’s presence within the entertainment, gaming, post-production, and advertising industries.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including studio executives, production teams, post-production houses, and creative professionals.
- Develop and manage partnerships with channel partners and system integrators to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration.
- Serve as a product evangelist, representing Evercast at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to drive awareness and adoption.
What we’re looking for
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales, managing large accounts, and selling SaaS-based collaboration tools, media workflow solutions, or video production/post-production technologies.
- Experience selling to or for Production companies in Media & Entertainment (required)
- Strong understanding of the media, entertainment, and gaming industries, including video production, post-production, VFX, and streaming workflows.
- Proven ability to generate and manage a sales pipeline, drive deals to closure, and consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Strong business acumen and ability to articulate complex solutions that address customer needs and workflows.
- Experience working with creative teams, production studios, post houses, and broadcasters is a plus.
- Existing relationships with industry stakeholders, system integrators, and technology partners preferred.
- Passion for innovation in remote collaboration, live streaming, and media production technology.
- Solid experience with Google suite & CRM software — familiarity with Hubspot and ZenDesk is a plus
