Duties
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
- Administer medication reminders and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs
- Document care activities accurately and communicate any changes or concerns to supervisors or healthcare providers
- Run errands (e.g. pick up prescription, grocery shopping, etc.)
- Follow all safety protocols, including infection control procedures and emergency response plans
Qualifications
- Prior experience in home care or related settings is preferred
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to handle diverse situations with professionalism and compassion
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while following care plans
- Active certification in CPR is required
- Must be wiling to undergo a criminal background check and TB test
- Has a smart phone and knowledge of using technological apps (for time management purposes)
- Have reliable transportation

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
