Daycare Lead Teachers (#4830)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, physical activity, and social-emotional development.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective behavior management and classroom management techniques.
• Engage children in activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking aligned with childhood development milestones.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children’s progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in ongoing training related to early childhood education techniques.

Qualifications

• Prior experience and/or training working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar educational settings is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management strategies, and behavior management techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.

Pay: $16.20 - $16.83 per hour
