Position: Store Leader (Full-Time)

The Store Leader position is ideal for individuals that are eager to have a leadership position within the company and can successfully manage the operations of a store and team of employees. There is availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts within this position.
Responsibilities for the Store Leader position include…
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service as a model for Team Members to follow
- Build schedules for team members in respect to established availability of every employee and the labor needs of the store
- Take and audit regular inventory of store products and supplies
- Place store orders for products and supplies based on gathered inventory
- Reflect the core values of the company
- Recognize the needs of the store regarding operations, cleanliness, and sales performance
- Champion food preparation and food handling best practices
- Maintain the health and safety of employees and customers
- Perform store and employee evaluations to promote continuous development
- Identify areas of improvement, bestselling products, outstanding employees and more
- Coach, develop and support the team members
- Enforce optimal cleanliness and organization of the store
- Manage daily tasks and responsibilities of team members in store
- Have flexible availability to help with any store or team member needs, planned or unplanned
- Supervise and cultivate employees to promote a desirable workplace
- Communicate store needs and status to the Area Leader
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Experience:
- Food & Beverage: 1 year (Preferred)
- Management: 1 year (Preferred)
