Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations at our flagship location. This role is crucial in ensuring that the store meets company standards for service, sales, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing teams while driving sales and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement effective training programs for staff to enhance their skills and improve performance.
• Manage inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Monitor sales performance , identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to achieve targets.
• Communicate effectively with team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.

Skills

• Strong background in leadership with a focus on sales performance.
