Office Professional / Appointment Setter / Receptionist / Scheduler
12pm to 8pm Shift
Pay $30,000-$50,000 /year
- This is an hourly position with a weekly bonus structure. Total target annual compensation should be $30,000-$50,000 realistically the first year and will increase as duties expand.
- Bonus structure is uncapped, so the best performers will see it on their check weekly.
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to become an integral part of our team in the role of Appointment Setter / Admin for our rapidly growing company. You will be responsible for providing the first impression of our organization.
The ideal candidate will help facilitate the day to day operations of our business by -
- Answering phones to schedule estimates
- Manage records and information
- Provide administrative assistance to the management team
- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
- Scheduling installation dates for clients
- Maintaining our CRM system accurately and efficiently
- Monitoring our social media and website feeds for estimate requests
- Basic administration duties
- Assist with marketing projects
- And other duties as needed
Desired experience and skills –

- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, G-mail /G-Suite

- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Experience navigating social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Ability to read maps and organize schedules by geographical areas for efficiency
- We are currently hiring for a Monday - Friday 12 pm to 8 pm position. Our office is open 8 am to 8 pm M-F and 8-4 on Weekends. You will need to be flexible to work other shifts if needed due to vacations, business needs, etc.
