What are the responsibilities and job description for the Blueberry/Peach Farmer position at Ever After Farms?
Florida’s most exciting farming operation has an opening! Ever After Farms, currently has a position available at our Blueberry and Peach Farm located in Mims, Fl. This is a full time agricultural job so you won't be stuck behind a computer screen typing away all day. Instead, you'll get plenty of fresh air, exercise and even a tan! Plus, you’ll join a great team and have tremendous opportunity to learn about farming.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience operating zero turn mowers and tractors.
- Experience farming (or landscaping / planting plants.)
- Experience with operating/repairing irrigation.
- General handyman skills and the ability to fix things.
- Strong Physical Condition: Ability to walk the fields and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- Hard working and reliable - even when no one is looking.
- Positive attitude.
The schedule of this full time position can be a standard Monday through Friday 7 am to 3 pm or we are open to customizing to best suit you.
