Role Description The Customer Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL. This position is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, managing expectations, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the event planning and rental process. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing order accuracy, coordinating with operations and sales teams, resolving customer issues, and monitoring service quality. The Customer Relations Manager will track client feedback, identify opportunities to improve processes, and support relationship-building efforts with both new and returning clients. This role also involves maintaining accurate records in customer management systems, preparing reports, and contributing to a culture of service excellence and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Customer service and client relationship management skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional, solutions-oriented manner.
