Eventide-Tabitha is currently seeking a Medication Aide to work Part-Time Evenings. The Scheduled hours are from 2p-10pm (8 hour shifts); Every other weekend with a holiday rotation.
The Medication Aide does require an active, good standing MA40 and a CNA license.

Eventide-Tabitha is currently seeking a Medication Aide to work Part-Time Evenings. The Scheduled hours are from 2p-10pm (8 hour shifts); Every other weekend with a holiday rotation.
The Medication Aide does require an active, good standing MA40 and a CNA license.
- Provides assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring/ambulation and continence.
- Assists with Senior/client admissions, discharges, transfers and orientation of new employees.
- Follows department protocol for submission of completed documentation.
- Prioritizes assignments, making adjustments throughout shift to meet frequently changing/ overlapping Senior/client/caregiver/TEAMember/manager needs, call lights, when necessary.
- Performs work duties within the assigned work environment related to the position, as assigned by Tabitha, regardless of TEAMember preference.
- Follows through on the comprehensive care plan/service plan as developed for each individual Senior/client.
- Complies with HIPAA regulations regarding privacy by insuring that Protected Health Information (PHI) is safeguarded at all times.
- Additional essential functions while working in a Residential Style Living Community:
- Prepares breakfast, snacks and other foods requested by/for Senior/client.
- Processes Senior/client laundry
- Evaluates emergency situations, performing CPR when necessary, based on training.
- Additional essential functions utilizing MA40:
- Prepares and administers medications and treatments, under the direction of the RN, within scope of practice as ordered by the physician and according to facility policies/procedures.
