As the Operations Manager, you’ll own day to day execution across multiple locations. That means staffing stays solid, supervisors stay sharp, uniforms and equipment stay ready, and service stays consistent. You’ll be the operational backbone of the program and the person people trust when things get busy, messy, or urgent.

What You’ll Do
Staffing and Coverage (24/7 Operations)
- Ensure all contracted security shifts are fully staffed with properly licensed, trained, and uniformed associates
- Monitor daily staffing levels and solve coverage gaps before they become problems
- Coordinate scheduling, backfills, and surge coverage for call offs, vacancies, and operational spikes
- Partner with recruiting and the Account Manager to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
Lead and Develop Supervisors
- Directly supervise Site Supervisors across assigned locations
- Coach, guide, and hold supervisors accountable to performance and professionalism standards
- Run regular supervisor check ins to review staffing, issues, expectations, and execution
- Step in quickly when standards slip and reset the tone
Equipment and Uniform Readiness
- Maintain accountability for program equipment (radios, keys, access tools, etc.)
- Ensure equipment is functional, inventoried, and properly issued
- Maintain uniform inventory so associates are always compliant and ready
- Coordinate replacement and repairs for damaged or missing items
HR and Employee Relations Support
- Address employee relations issues in coordination with HR
- Ensure documentation is complete for discipline, performance concerns, and policy violations
- Support onboarding, training verification, and compliance documentation
- Track licensing, certifications, and required training records to keep the program audit ready
Compliance and Quality Control
- Ensure personnel follow post orders, site policies, and company standards
- Conduct site visits and operational inspections to confirm quality and consistency
- Review incident reports for accuracy, completeness, and proper escalation
- Support audits, licensing compliance, and regulatory requirements
Communication and Reporting
- Maintain regular communication with the Account Manager on staffing, risks, and performance
- Help implement operational improvements based on feedback and internal review
- Provide clear reporting and status updates as required
What You Bring
Required
- 3 to 5 years of security operations management or supervisory leadership experience
- Experience managing staffing and logistics in a 24/7 environment
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to hold standards without drama
- Highly organized, solutions focused, and calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred
- Multi site operations experience
- Experience supporting large enterprise, retail, or distribution environments
- Working knowledge of state licensing requirements for security personnel
