Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Installer based in Frederick, MD. The Event Installer will be responsible for setting up and dismantling event structures, including flooring, tents, and other event components, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities also include handling equipment, following event layouts and instructions, coordinating with team members, and maintaining tools and materials. The role involves physical labor and requires working in various weather conditions and environments to meet project timelines. Minimal travel is required.
Qualifications
- Experience in installation, construction, or related fields
- Proficiency in using basic tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret event layouts and follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy objects, work at heights, and perform tasks throughout varying weather conditions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in the event or construction industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
