About the Role
We are a corporate gifting company that partners with event planners and corporate clients on onsite and virtual gifting, incentive programs, client appreciation, and other gifting programs
We are looking for a Client Development Manager who understands how events work and enjoys building long-term client relationships. This role is about being proactive, understanding clients' needs, and being a reliable opportunity generator for new and recurring programs.
This position is ideal for someone who has worked in or around events and understands how planners think about timelines, budgets, and recurring programs.

What You'll Do
- Build relationships with event planners, agencies, and corporate contacts
- Develop and manage a focused portfolio of clients
- Track each client's event calendar, budgets, event planning processes, and gifting history and preferences
- Reach out to clients ahead of known event cycles with relevant gifting ideas
- Prioritize repeat programs and long-term relationships
- Collaborate with internal operations and sourcing teams to ensure proposals and programs are executed well
- Guide opportunities from early conversations through proposal and handoff to the event planning team
- Maintain clear notes and pipeline visibility tied to upcoming events

Qualifications
Required:
- Experience working in or alongside the events, meetings, or incentives industry
- Account management experience with strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable communicating with professional event planners and corporate clients
- Organized, proactive, and reliable follow-through
- Understanding of event timelines, lead times, and basic logistics
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Sales experience, particularly selling services or programs
- Familiarity with CRM or pipeline tracking tools
