HR Coordinator

Job Description: As the HR Coordinator at EEG, you will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standard of service that defines our brand(s).

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries.
• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
• Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
• Create compliant job descriptions and job postings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Assist in processing bi-weekly, off-cycle, and retro payroll.
• Support all personnel requests and changes and ensure paperwork is completed with approval by department heads and submitted in a timely manner .
• Assist in administering employee benefits programs.
• Ensure strict compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, and maintain accurate HR records.
• Retrieve HR-related reports and analytics.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing departmental processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1 year HR experience.
• Basic understanding of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong guest service orientation.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive team member information with discretion.
