Requirements:
- 3 years of Prep Cook experience or similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Familiarity with knife skills and basic cooking methods Experience in catering or restaurant environments is a plus
- Ability to assist in menu planning and dietary department operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in food handling
