Job Overview: As a Merchandise Associate at EEG, you will be responsible for providing our guests with best-in-class service, product, and entertainment. You will consistently engage the guests to build rapport and enhance the guest experience while anticipating any additional needs to help ensure each guest has a wonderful and unique visit to our venues. You will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standard of service that defines our brand(s).
Key Responsibilities:
- Energetically greet and welcome all guests and deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain an organized environment, restock and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
- Answer guests’ questions about specific products.
- Provide friendly guidance to guests during their visit and actively share recommendations to cross-sell and up-sell products.
- Process sales transactions using point-of-sale (POS) system and appropriate cash-handling procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience in retail sales.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Experience working in a team-oriented and fast paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with guests.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
