What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Evenflow Solutions?
Location: Dallas, TX 75204
Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday–Friday (No weekends)
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8)
- 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (4x10 – 1 week per month)
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (5x8)
(Must be available for all shifts — fixed 1-hour lunch break)
Onboarding & Requirements
- Must pass background check & drug screening
- High school diploma (minimum)
- Up-to-date vaccinations (TB Test, Flu Shot, TDaP, MMR, Varicella) – covered by employer
Qualifications
- 2 years of high-volume call center or collections experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology, EOBs, ICD-9 coding, CPT codes, UB04 & 1500 claim forms
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with outstanding medical bills (payments or payment plans)
- Handle both incoming and outgoing automated calls
- Work assigned accounts thoroughly and productively
- Complete meaningful collection activities with a results-oriented approach
- Follow all HIPAA guidelines
