Role Definition:
Assist Procurement Manager with the purchasing process by scheduling material arrival at the job site, issuing purchase orders for material & labor subcontracts and tracking the delivery of these products.

Responsibilities:
- Review project scope / specifications and understand purchasing requirements.
- Solicit bids / quotes from vendors, prepare bid tabs and issue purchase orders and advance purchase orders as directed by the Procurement Manager.
- Manage purchase order and delivery schedule revisions.
- Monitor and manage purchase order log as a communication tool for open purchase order status and delivery schedule.
- Under direction of the Procurement Manager and Project Managers, coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics and site personnel to schedule deliveries of material to job site.
- Monitor and manage material shortages and place supplemental purchase orders as required to maintain project schedules.
- Assist Procurement Manager:
- Monitor the procurement email inbox
- Structure new Bill of Material releases
- Maintain the vendor database in ERP system (Jobscope).

Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to work in office at EvapTech’s Edwardsville, KS (Kansas City) headquarters
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in related field: Supply Chain Management, Business/Finance, Engineering
