What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Maintenance Manager position at Evapco?
EVAPCO Incorporated, a worldwide leader in heat transfer technology, is looking for an experienced maintenance manager at our Lake View, Iowa facility.
This position will lead and supervise the facility maintenance department. Ideal candidates will have machine experience (lasers, shears, press brakes, turret punch, CNC machines, lathes, mills etc.). This position will be responsible for developing a preventative maintenance plan, diagnosing machine repairs and parts procurements. The position will be responsible to manage an expense budget each year. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience, and be proficient in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics. This position will require leadership and strong communication skills.
