JOB SUMMARY

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll oversee all housekeeping operations to ensure excellence. In this role, you will:
- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for housekeeping supplies.
- Oversee staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
WHAT YOU BRING
