Entry Level Automotive Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to build strong network and consult during buying process to determine their needs and wants for a vehicle
- Be the vehicle expert and have a strong understanding of our product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
- Follow-up with buyers before and after purchase to ensure referral business
- Work with the Sales Managers and Customers throughout the buying experience
- Complete necessary paperwork to ensure smooth sales process
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
Entry Level Automotive Sales Associates Qualifications
- Previous sales experience; dealership experience is a bonus
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Computer proficient with CRM portals
- Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
- Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
- Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
