- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases
- Assist with organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events
- Respond to basic employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources
- Support HR projects, including policy updates and process improvements
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
