Mission Trainer - Team Lead

Overview

The qualified candidate will support the Army G-2 with comprehensive operational intelligence integration and data-centric support. The candidate will respond to requirements across multiple theaters of operation, helping commanders to establish and sustain a Common Operating Picture.. Core services include cross-domain solutions, secure network access, data management, systems integration, and access relevant reporting across U.S. and multinational platforms.

Clearance: Active DoD TS/SCI (with ability to obtain a CI poly.

Location: Ft. Belvoir, VA (on-site)

Qualifications

• 5 years drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards.
• Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences in multiple geographic locations.
• Demonstrated experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards.
  
  

Special Qualifications

• Develops, maintains, and/or delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
• Provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains material within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.).
• Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products.
• Develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government.
  
  

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline in DoD or the IC within the last 15 years
• Or equivalent education of an Associate’s degree with 12 years’ experience. 5 years demonstrated experience conducting training at the U.S. in multiple geographic locations. Demonstrated experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards.
• Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences.
