Job Summary:           This position is dedicated to teaching and scholarship.

Mission Statement:    As a Pentecostal community of scholarship, the mission of AGTS is to form servants who lead, equip the church, and reach the world for Christ.

                                     Mission statement relation to job description in 1) enhancing Pentecostal community, 2) forming servants who lead, 3) equipping the church, 4) reaching the world for Christ.

Responsibilities:

1. Teaching required master’s level courses each academic year. This annual teaching requirement may be adjusted as needed to include doctoral level courses or additional master’s level courses to meet the teaching needs of the Seminary 

1. The employee will fulfill the responsibilities of a part-time AGTS faculty member which include:
   1. Participating with the Academic Chair of their respective department related to the annual assessment of student learning and the periodic review of the department’s academic programs.
   2. Complying with the requirements for syllabus production on the timelines designated by the Academic Director’s office. 
   3. Utilizing the standardized AGTS Course Template on the Canvas LMS and maintaining an active engagement with the LMS certification and training programs.
