This executive leadership role will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide production quality systems supporting large-scale manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in operational quality, supplier performance, manufacturing excellence, and organizational leadership within a complex industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing quality organization across manufacturing operations, supplier quality, and continuous improvement functions.
Establish enterprise quality strategies, performance metrics, and operational standards aligned with business objectives.
Drive structured problem-solving initiatives focused on defect reduction, process stability, and operational efficiency.
Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to support production readiness and ongoing operational performance.
Oversee supplier quality performance and corrective action processes across a global supply network.
Implement scalable quality systems, reporting tools, and governance processes that support long-term operational growth.
Support customer satisfaction initiatives through quality performance monitoring and continuous improvement programs.
Develop talent pipelines, leadership capabilities, and organizational processes that foster accountability and operational excellence.
Requirements
15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing quality leadership within a complex industrial or automotive environment.
Executive-level leadership experience overseeing large, multi-functional quality organizations.
Strong expertise in supplier quality, operational excellence, and quality systems implementation.
Demonstrated success supporting large-scale manufacturing launches, expansions, or operational transformations.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
Strong analytical, strategic, and financial decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Engineering, Operations, Quality, or a related discipline.
Experience in advanced manufacturing, mobility, battery, or transportation industries.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or modern quality management methodologies.
