Key Responsibilities
- Analyze equipment reliability, maintenance performance, and operational KPIs.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance planning activities across manufacturing and logistics equipment.
- Develop maintenance schedules, reporting tools, and operational dashboards.
- Collaborate with maintenance, production, engineering, and logistics teams to improve equipment uptime and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory planning and spare parts forecasting.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for equipment-related issues.
- Maintain maintenance documentation and asset tracking records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on reliability, safety, and operational performance.
Requirements
2 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance planning, or equipment reliability.
Experience working with material handling or automated equipment in a production environment.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and maintenance scheduling practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Excel and reporting/data visualization tools.
Experience working with ERP or maintenance management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience within automotive, EV, battery, or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or reliability-centered maintenance concepts.
