European Wax Center in Erie, PA is looking for a motivated Front Desk Sales Associate to join our top-performing team. In this role, you'll be the first impression guests have of our center while also playing an important role in driving package sales, product sales, and guest retention.

Compensation & Benefits

• $15-$20/hour based on sales experience

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and create an exceptional customer experience
• Schedule appointments and manage front desk operations
• Educate guests on services, packages, and retail products
• Build guest loyalty through package sales and retention efforts
• Achieve individual and center sales goals
• Answer questions and recommend services that best fit guest needs
• Support daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the center

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience where achieving sales goals and/or earning commission was a key responsibility
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable discussing packages, making recommendations, and closing sales
• Ability to balance outstanding customer service with sales performance expectations
• Full-time availability, including days, evenings, and one weekend day
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage productivity and sales metrics
• Desire to grow with the company and learn what it takes to run a successful businesss
• Previous experience in retail sales, membership sales, beauty, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or other customer-facing sales environments preferred
