Duties
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Oversee daily office functions including filing, data entry, calendar management, and maintaining organized records
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping
- Assist with office management duties such as supply ordering, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a welcoming workspace
- Develop, schedule, and monitor engaging content for social media platforms to boost brand awareness and community engagement
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, promotional materials, and event planning
- Provide excellent customer support through phone etiquette, email correspondence, and in-person interactions while maintaining a positive attitude
Experience
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience managing social media accounts and creating compelling digital content
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and partners
- Strong computer literacy including Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and data entry skills
- Previous personal assistant or administrative support experience is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in proofreading and data entry
