We are looking for someone friendly, reliable, and organized who can deliver excellent customer support and help maintain our high standard of service.
**Position: Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)**
**Responsibilities:**
* Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments
* Assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy
* Provide information about vehicles, appointments, and services
* Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
* Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and scheduling
* Communicate effectively with the sales and management teams
* Maintain a clean and organized front-desk environment
**Requirements:**
* Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
