QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word required.
• Proficiency in Food Trak, Agilysys, Excel Data Entry, and Integrated Casino ERPs (Enterprise Resource Planning) for Chain Management preferred.
• Knowledge of a variety of Warehouse concepts and practices, i.e., Ordering, Receiving, Data Entry, Administration, Operations, Compliance, Organization and Returns required.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Capable of leading by example to develop a pleasant and professional team environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-based construct.
AGE and CERTIFICATIONS:
• 21 years of age or above
• Ability to obtain a SNHD Nevada Health Department Food Handlers Card
• Ability to obtain an Alcohol Awareness Card, if needed
• Ability to obtain a Serve Safe Certification, if needed
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• High School diploma or equivalent, required.
• Certification or Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations & Systems Management or Logistics preferred
• 2 years or more Warehouse Operations experience in Operations & Systems or Purchasing Manager position required
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Depending on experience, the essential duties, responsibilities, points of service and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) outlined below may be taught and demonstrated during the Warehouse Operations & Systems Manager training process.
• F&B Systems Administration: Key accountabilities to monitor and create SOPs for Warehouse F&B orders, supplies and inventories through Warehouse Systems as related to; Food Trak, Agilysys, Excel Data Entry, Product Ordering through Vendor platforms.
- PAR Level Management: Configure and monitor PAR levels
- Cost-of-Goods-Sold (COGS): Maintain and Audit Item Master Data, Units-of-Measure (UOM) and Price tracking for Food and Beverage cost variances.
• Ordering: Utilize theFood Trak and Vendor platforms to place and monitor all F&B orders
for products pricing and quality. Receiving: ensure that the item has been thoroughly inspected for accuracy and/or damage
• Receiving: ensure that the item has been thoroughly inspected for accuracy and/or damage
• Storage: oversee and ensure that the items is stored safely and correctly according to the item's specifications as well as Company Policies, Departmental SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) SNHD Health Department and OSHA Regulations.
- Requisitions: Ensure Requisition workflows are filled and delivered correctly and timely.
• Returns: Oversee the return documentation and credit processes of any item that has been damaged or not per requested specs.
- Inventory: Assist in Month End Physical F&B Inventory including, Dry, Refrigerated, Frozen, and Liquor storage areas.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with Company Policies, Departmental SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) SNHD Health Department, OSHA and HACCP Regulations.
- Asset Security: Maintain high-security inventory controls and restricted access protocols.
• Special Projects: Construction item ordering will be contingent with Senior Management approvals and primarily processed through the company's ordering associates and administrative staff. Assist the organization, placement and location of Special Project or Construction items.

Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
