What You'll Do
- Clean and maintain casino floors, dining areas, offices, banquet spaces, restrooms, and other public areas
- Vacuum, mop, sweep, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a clean and professional appearance
- Empty trash, clean ashtrays, remove glassware, and maintain cleanliness throughout the property
- Keep public and employee restrooms fully stocked, clean, and guest-ready
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests, radio calls, and facility-related needs
- Maintain clean and organized supply closets and janitorial equipment
- Remove debris and maintain entrances, sidewalks, and parking areas
- Monitor and address spills, hazards, and cleanliness issues throughout the property
- Assist with snow and ice removal when necessary
- Provide friendly assistance and excellent service to guests and team members
- Follow all safety procedures and properly utilize cleaning products and equipment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous porter, janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- Effective communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and safely use cleaning chemicals
- Basic cell phone proficiency, including texting and mobile applications
- Fluency in English required; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Non-gaming position
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work overnight hours, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules as business needs require
- Ability to work in environments with varying noise levels and guest activity
