Other duties may be assigned. Management also reserves the right to change or modify this position description from time to time to meet the needs of the site and/or building(s)
The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $17.58 - $20.68

- Sweep, mop, and wash floors & other surfaces
- Vacuum rugs and spot clean as needed
- Clean and dust furniture; clean interior glass
- Clean bathrooms and restock paper supply daily
- Collect building trash daily
- Sweep or shovel snow from steps and walkways during winter months
- Perform periodic work: High dusting, leather and wood surfaces, polishing, wall washing
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team
- Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check
- Requires attention to detail and pride in work completed
