This role is responsible for driving occupancy, providing exceptional resident experiences, and supporting daily leasing and administrative operations for a 1,179-unit property. The ideal candidate is highly organized, sales-driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.

- Greet, tour, and qualify prospective residents in a professional and welcoming manner
- Effectively present apartment homes, amenities, and community features to close leases and meet occupancy goals
- Manage inbound calls, online inquiries, and walk-in traffic promptly and professionally
- Process rental applications, verifications, and lease documentation accurately
- Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and market trends to maximize leasing success
- Ensure model units, common areas, and tour routes are clean, organized, and show-ready
- Provide excellent customer service to current residents and assist with renewal efforts
- Support community marketing initiatives, outreach events, and online reputation management
- Maintain accurate records in property management software and follow company compliance standards
- Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure a positive resident experience
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred (multifamily experience strongly preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, or similar) and Microsoft Office
