We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations at a 290-unit multifamily community in Baytown, Texas. This role is responsible for ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards of safety, functionality, and curb appeal while leading and supporting the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Oversee daily maintenance operations, work orders, and preventative maintenance programs
- Ensure timely completion of service requests with a strong focus on resident satisfaction
- Maintain property systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and structural components
- Perform and oversee unit turns to ensure readiness for new residents
- Troubleshoot and repair complex maintenance issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and local/state regulations
- Manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance budgets
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- Minimum of 3-5 years of maintenance experience in multifamily or related field
- Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
- EPA Certification (required)
- CPO Certification (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
