Job Summary
Seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 1–3 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience to manage a high-volume caseload from filing through resolution. The ideal candidate is licensed in Texas and experienced in discovery, depositions, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage approximately 100 active personal injury litigation cases.
- Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Develop case strategies and negotiate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.
- Maintain strong client communication and oversee case settlements.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Bar license.
- 1–3 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
- Experience with depositions, mediation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
