Associate Director, Office of the President (New York Office)

Eurasia Group is looking to hire an associate director of the office of the president. The role will provide support in advancing strategic projects pursued by the president and his team. This position combines a wide range of responsibilities and is best suited to someone with a great grasp of big-picture global politics and a keen interest in the details of operating a growing company. Media savvy and an interest in social media will help. Business or government background preferred.

Responsibilities will include:

• Negotiating contracts for speaking engagements and other products.
  
• Working with the client services and sales teams to pursue commercial opportunities for the firm.
  
• Planning and managing events in the U.S. and overseas.
  
• Managing relationships with high-level contacts in business, media and government
  
• Planning all aspects of high-level trips for the president of the company, including coordinating media interviews, client meetings, and briefings for senior members of government.
