What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Director, Business Development - London position at Eurasia Group?
Eurasia Group is an independent research and consulting firm specializing in political risk analysis with offices in New York, NY, Washington, DC, Singapore, Tokyo, Brazil and London, UK. We are seeking an experienced and motivated business development professional, based in our London office, to expand and manage our institutional clientele.
You will be an experienced business development professional in institutional sales.
You will have a proven track record of managing and developing large-scale relationships with major institutional investors. Candidates with specific experience with global macro hedge funds, emerging and frontier markets investors, commodity trading, or large mutual funds and traditional asset managers will be considered. You will also have the ability to market macro and emerging markets products. Existing industry client base and contacts are required and will be discussed in each stage of the interview process. You will regularly coordinate and liaise with cadre of country risk analysts to demonstrate capabilities and create value for clients investing in global markets. You will have excellent analytical and presentation (oral and written) skills.
You will have at a minimum an undergraduate degree; an MA or an MBA is preferred, but not required. Applicants are required to have a demonstrable interest in Eurasia Group's core political risk assessment competency and fluency with international affairs. All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
