Eupraxia is seeking passionate, high-energy Group Fitness Coaches to inspire our members and help them achieve their health and fitness goals in a supportive, community-driven environment. We’re looking for coaches who bring more than just knowledge — they bring heart, energy, and a genuine commitment to others. Ideal candidates will:

• Truly CARE about our members and their results. This is the foundation of the role — you must be deeply invested in helping people succeed and celebrate their wins (big and small).
• Be coachable and excited to learn and master the Eupraxia training system.
• Love delivering sweaty high-fives, encouragement, and positive energy that keeps the room fired up.
• Have a strong passion for health, nutrition, and movement and a willingness to keep growing in these areas.
• Experience isn't necessary - if you want to learn, we will teach you how to be a great coach.  
• Be reliable and punctual — showing up on time, every time, ready to lead.
• Excel at problem-solving and handling occasional small tasks that arise with a positive, can-do attitude.

• Morning classes: 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM
• Evening classes: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling (mornings, evenings, or both)
• Pay: $18–$23 per class (based on experience and performance)
