Euphoria Smoke Shop is a locally owned and rapidly growing smoke shop offering a wide selection of glass, vapes, tobacco products, and smoking accessories. We take pride in providing excellent customer service and creating a friendly, knowledgeable atmosphere for our customers. We’re seeking a dependable and motivated Store Manager to lead our team and keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing
• Train, supervise, and support staff to ensure top-tier customer service
• Manage inventory levels, place orders, and maintain organized product displays
• Ensure compliance with all MA state regulations and age-restriction laws
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Track sales, analyze trends, and meet store performance goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required; smoke shop or specialty retail preferred
• Strong product knowledge (vapes, glass, tobacco, accessories) or willingness to learn
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Must be 21 with valid ID
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
