The Opportunity
This position is for a Senior Consultant at Euna Budget, implementing the Enterprise budget suite. You will be responsible for providing public sector budgeting consulting and implementing our software solutions for our clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including collaborating with our sales team to understand client needs, scoping project requirements, and crafting tailored software solutions. You will also work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure our solutions meet our client’s unique needs.
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service throughout the implementation process, from project kickoff to post-implementation support. You will manage project timelines, ensure milestones are met, and proactively communicate project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders. You will also work with clients to identify areas for process improvement and recommend how they can best leverage our software solutions to achieve their business goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and supporting end-users to ensure a smooth transition to our software solutions. Finally, throughout the project, you will be responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction and helping drive client retention and growth. Following the completion of the project you will provide support to your clients when issues are submitted through a ticket tracking system.
Required Experience
Most client work is done remotely, but expect up to 2 on-site visits per implementation, no more than 8 total trips per year.

This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA office.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in public sector budgeting at a city, county, state or similar or software implementation consulting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with software implementation lifecycle methodologies.
- Experience working with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- ERP, either through implementation or use in the public sector.
- Experience using reporting and publishing tools.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions to clients on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Create project plans and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Conduct regular project meetings and status updates with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Manage project risks and issues and escalate to senior management as necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the implementation process and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train clients on using the software solutions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
- Work with internal teams to identify areas for improvement in the software development process and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software implementation and consulting and share knowledge and expertise with the team.
- Create appropriate documentation to allow a successful transition from implementation to post-implementation support.
- Create reports using various reporting tools and become proficient in publishing tools.
