The Social Media & Content Specialist at Eufora is a highly impactful role at the center of how we create, connect, and grow. This is a content-first position - built for someone who doesn’t just manage social, but makes it move.
You will lead the creation of both lo-fi and high-production content at our Carlsbad HQ, driving performance across platforms through culturally relevant storytelling, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of what converts.
This role blends creative instinct, social strategy, and analytical rigor, with a strong focus on performance creative, community building, and platform-native growth across TikTok (including TikTok Shop) and Instagram.
- Concept, shoot, and edit daily lo-fi content and high-impact campaign content for social platforms
- Develop performance-driven creative designed to convert, not just engage
- Lead ideation rooted in trends, culture, and platform behavior - translating insights into scroll-stopping content
- Collaborate with the Creative team to bring larger brand stories and campaigns to life
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize content based on performance
- Identify and execute growth levers (formats, hooks, trends, series, storytelling frameworks)
- Track performance, analyze insights, and refine content direction based on what’s working
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts, and emerging opportunities
- Build and nurture a community of creators and affiliate partners to expand reach and drive revenue
- Identify and onboard creators aligned with the Eufora brand and aesthetic
- Develop systems for content seeding, affiliate growth, and UGC amplification
- Foster long-term relationships that turn creators into brand advocate
- Actively engage with our audience across platforms through thoughtful, consistent interaction
- Drive conversation through commenting, replying, and proactive community outreach
- Make Eufora’s social presence feel alive, human, and fun
- Identify opportunities to engage with adjacent communities and cultural moments
- Own and execute the social content calendar across all platforms
- Partner cross-functionally to align social with launches, campaigns, and brand priorities
- Assist in planning and executing photo/video shoots and brand moments
- Manage social performance tracking and contribute to reporting on KPIs and growth
- Proven track record of growing social accounts through content (not just management)
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram, including trends, formats, and conversion tactics
- Strong eye for aesthetic, storytelling, and content composition
- Skilled in shooting and editing content (iPhone camera, short-form video, etc.)
- Experience with performance creative and testing frameworks
- Comfortable on camera and able to create content featuring self or talent
- Strong copywriting skills with an instinct for hooks and engagement
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and culture
- This is not a traditional social media manager role

This role is onsite at Eufora International headquarters in Carlsbad, California, working closely with the Marketing and Creative teams.
