SUPERVISOR JOB REQUIREMENTS
must report to CEO daily
Minimum Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 75–100 lbs consistently
- Clean driving record
- Pass background check
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead a small team (2–6 crew members)
- Ability to operate junk removal trucks, trailers, and equipment safely
- Basic understanding of disposal sites, recycling rules, and local ordinances
- Availability for weekends, early mornings, and on-call needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in junk removal, moving, landscaping, or construction
- Prior supervisor or team lead experience
- DOT certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience handling payment systems / invoicing
- Logistics or scheduling experience
- Bilingual (optional bonus)
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead daily junk removal jobs and supervise crew
- Perform on-site estimates for customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and positive service interactions
- Safely transport items to disposal, recycling, or donation facilities
- Maintain equipment and truck cleanliness
- Train new crew members
- Document job details and complete invoices
- Report incidents, damages, or safety concerns
- Communicate with dispatch/office staff
- Help grow the company’s professional image and standards
